Orange-Spotted Flower Moth (Syngamia florella)
An Orange-Spitted Flower Moth, one of many I've been seeing lately, on a Tridax Daisy. This photo was my perfect opportunity to get a nice photo of the species, however I got too excited, which led to me getting carried away and snapping a lot of photos without checking my camera settings or adjusting anything. I ideally would have preferred to get the whole flower and moth in focus but I'm still a bit satisfied I got a photo.

"Syngamia florella" is a moth of the Crambidae family. It is found from South Carolina to Florida and from Arkansas to Texas, south to the West Indies and through Mexico to Argentina. It is also found on Bermuda.
