
Mexican fleabane macro
Native to Mexico and Central America, Erigeron karvinskianus is a sprawling perennial herb growing to 15 cm in height with numerous stems branching from the base. The stems spread horizontally with the ends growing upwards, weakly erect. The leaves have a pleasant smell if crushed.
The inflorescences are 10 mm in diameter. Petals grow in several rows and are often pale mauve, turning white and becoming pink with age.
