black wasp with large baby blue eyes I do wish this was a better photo.... but this guy was skittish and disappeared. I just cannot resist those crazy blue eyes though. <br />
7 species in the terminatus group, which I believe are blue eyed.<br />

Dryudella caerulea is a species of wasp in the family Crabronidae. It is found in Central America and North America.
