Damsel Bug - Lasiomerus annulatus

I found this damsel bug feasting on a Lophocampa caryae caterpillar. I frequently see these caterpillars on this bridge and remind my kids, "be wary if it's hairy" so they think twice before touching a caterpillar with urticating hairs.
