Dun-bar / European Dun-bar, Heeswijk-Dintherse Bossen, Netherlands It's going to be a time struggle for me to contribute anything to this year's Moth Week, but did manage to do a short trip today and have at least one :)

This is a daytime active moth. It just happen to land on the forest floor in front of me, probably because I accidentally disturbed it as I passed by.
1. One is so much better than none! And, this observation is so cool because it's in a natural habitat AND it blends in so well! Posted 11 months ago
1. Thanks! I am kind of unreasonably happy about it because it's at least something. Moreover, surprised it's a species intro, it seems to be quite common. Posted 11 months ago
1. Not unreasonable! I am very happy about it...species intro, you got to contribute, you got out, and it's a gorgeous shot. Posted 11 months ago
1. I got out...as in, I survived the ordeal? Posted 11 months ago
1. Lol, noooo. Just that you got into nature. You don't exactly have much free time for adventures these days <3. Posted 11 months ago
