  1. Saw a few of these (or similar species) in the garden this weekend. I think few people appreciate how tiny they are and what an accomplishment it is to photograph it like this! Posted 4 years ago
    1. Thanks Ferdy, this one, being a bit older (3rd stadium?) wasn't too bad - maybe 2.5mm or some such(?) I should have a series for the Woundwort shieldbug that starts at sub-1mm ... need to work through that still ... Posted 4 years ago, modified 4 years ago
      1. Ok, but even 2.5mm isn't really in the normal macro range so a world in its own, and very hard to shoot handheld. Posted 4 years ago
