    1. Well, I have a doubt with A. pomonae; the colour matches A. pomorum but the 3rd article of antennas is not longer than the second. However, A. pomonae larvae lives in willows or poplars and I've found this beetle in chesnut tree forest.
      So yes, I think you are right, it must be Ampedus (Ampedus) pomorum (Herbst, 1784)
