The Rustic Borer

''Xylotrechus colonus'' is a species of beetle in the family Cerambycidae. Its common name is longicorn beetle. It was described by Johan Christian Fabricius in 1775. The larva of this beetle feed on sapwood, whereas adults feed on nectar.
