Orange-headed Epicallima Moth - Epicallima argenticinctella *Most of my photos from this night are blurry. All the bugs were really restless and constantly on the move. <br />

Total length: ~5 mm. Yellow/orange forewing has a brown basal area and shading in the subterminal area . Silver lines are slightly bent.<br />

Habitat: Attracted to a 365 nm LED light in a semi-rural area<br />

"Epicallima argenticinctella", the orange-headed epicallima moth, is a moth of the family Oecophoridae. It is found in North America, where it has been recorded from Nova Scotia to South Carolina, west to Kansas and Texas. The habitat consists of deciduous forests.
