
Voodoo Lily
Plant grows to around 2 meters high with umbrella shaped leaves around 2.5 meters diameter.
Single flower blooms once a year especially if cultivated but in the wild, could once every few years.
This species, despite the flower size of around 30 cm, is still one of the smaller species among the Amorphophallus sp. The biggest being Amorphophallus titanum, with flowers up to 3 meters in height.
Similar to other 'corpse flowers', the flower produces pungent odour to attracts insects to pollinate it.
