White Eyed Parakeet (Psittacara leucophthalmus)
A White Eyed Parakeet, a rather uncommon species in my area (and in the country I think) in a bit of a dispute with two Orange Winged Parrots. I first saw one of these White Eyed Parakeets a couple of months ago and there are now a moderate sized population nesting in the area, my estimate is around 16-18 of them. While this is not a great photo and the quality is not that good (the photo was originally a silhouette) I still really like it for the species I captured as well as the moment between the three birds.

The white-eyed parakeet or white-eyed conure is a small green Neotropical parrot native to South America.
