
White Slant-line - Tetracis cachexiata
I had to laugh at this moth rudely positioned on top of another moth.
WS: ~40 mm. White FW with pale orange PM line. Hosts: Deciduous trees and shrubs. Status: Common.
Habitat: Attracted to a 395 nm LED moth light in a semi-rural area

The White Slant-line or White Slaut is a moth of the family Geometridae. It is found from Nova Scotia to central British Columbia, south to northern Florida and west to Montana and northern Colorado.
