
The chestnut-winged hookbill is a species of bird in the family Furnariidae. It is the only member of the genus "Ancistrops". It is found in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest.
