  2. Superb white ibis shot! It's amazing to think that once upon a time these were not seen at all in our cities, all inland around the wetlands and swaps, so many of which we've now lost. These birds truly have made a killing from human activity. Posted 4 years ago

The Australian White Ibis is a wading bird of the ibis family Threskiornithidae. It is widespread across much of Australia. It has a predominantly white plumage with a bare, black head, long downcurved bill and black legs.
