Just a small selection on display from my collection of botanical finds over the years, displayed on a book shelf. The banksia cone to the right has been lathed smooth as an art project. And as a size reference, the palm tree section in the middle is 35 cm in height. Australia,Geotagged,Spring, botany, new south wales Click/tap to enlarge

  1. I bet it smells great too! Posted 4 years ago
  2. Fantastic! How do you keep them so dust-free? I have nature finds on display as well and dip them in water now and then when they get especially dusty. Posted 4 years ago
    1. I've never dusted them Christine! In fact, that's something I rarely do around the house at all. I have no carpets or curtains and large, minimalist rooms; that must be something to do with it I'm sure. Posted 4 years ago
      1. Wow! Your home sounds lovely. We have quite a bit of dust, lol. I live in a small home with 2 long-haired cats, 2 kids, and my husband. And, we live across from a farm. So, I constantly battle dust, dirt, and fur. One of my kids has a dust mite allergy though, so we dust a LOT. Posted 4 years ago
