  1. The Monarch Butterfly's range primarily extends through North America primarily (although I think there are some which have been found in Asia, Australia, and Europe). HOWEVER, I believe this is The Plain Tiger Butterfly (Danaus chrysippus). I will remove the identification so you can add the proper ID back!

"Danaus chrysippus", also known as the plain tiger, African queen, or African monarch, is a medium-sized butterfly widespread in Asia, Australia and Africa. It belongs to the Danainae subfamily of the brush-footed butterfly family Nymphalidae.
