Bald Eagle (Haliaeetus leucocephalus) Pellet
After eating, an eagle will cough up a pellet. The pellet is a compact bundle of indigestible material formed in the stomach/gizzard and covered with mucus. In this pellet, you can see lots of fish scales and some hair/fur!
Habitat: Found on a small bridge that goes over a dam that controls water flow from a pond into a river.
