
''Cauchas rufimitrella'' is a diurnal lepidopteran from the family Adelidae, the fairy long horn moths. It is found in almost all of Europe, except Portugal, Ukraine and the southern part of the Balkan Peninsula.

Truth told, yesterday (when I shot this) I realized that me flashing almost all situations turns out to be 'cheating' a little on this species, as I also tried a few shots with no or less flash and those came out quite differently ... I'll see if I can cook up a side by side ...
