Dotted Bee-fly (Bombylius discolor)
A rarer bee-fly with a far more limited distribution.
In this photo, you can clearly see the spots on its wings which give this bee-fly species its name.
Try spotting them in this video, even though it's slowed to 50% of its real-life speed, and you'll understand just how difficult it can be to spot one:
