I actually had to lie down in a dried out cowpat to get this photo and a few others!<br />

I tried to get a video but among the grass the camera just couldn&#039;t pick it out.<br />

This is a short-lived, barely visible Bibio fly, a genus of flies which include St Mark's Fly (Hawthrorn fly)
