Fabricius’ Nomad Bee (Nomada fabriciana) A small black and reddish-brown nomad bee, with wing lengths between 5 - 8mm.<br />

The thorax is all black and the abdomen is reddish. <br />
<br />
The yellow spots on the second and third segments and the black-coloured antennae, ID this as a male.<br />
<br />
The females&#039; are banded red and black.<br />
<br />
Found in a wide range of habitats where ever Gwynne&#039;s Mining bee (Andrena bicolour) its host species, can be found. <br />
