Vinegaroon - Hypoctonus rangunensis
These are really cool arthropods. They are called "whip scorpions" because they look like true scorpions and have a whip-like tail. The common name "vinegaroon" refers to their ability to discharge a liquid, which contains acetic acid and thus smells like vinegar.
*Pinned specimen. Native to Asia.
