    1. Thank you, Marta! I'm trying my best to get out. The pollen count is so high, so I'm having to wear my COVID masks for the pollen! :D Having asthma sucks!

      1. Oooh..I also have seasonal allergies and asthma. My asthma is pretty well under control thanks to Seretide=Advair in US. And the allergies got less intense with aging but sometimes they still bother me. A medication that contains cetirizin and pseudoephedrin together usually helps me a lot. Cetirizin alone did not do much for me.I hope you find a way to calm the asthma and allergies! Posted 4 years ago
