Migratory Locust (Locusta migratoria) The Migratory locust might be compared to the average male teenager?
On it's own, it's can be a lovely fella. Quiet, respectful and good company.

But get it together with its mates without the right controls, and mayhem and destruction might not be far behind!
Of course. I'm only joking.
Locusts aren't that bad. :-)
1. "An average small locust swarm eats as much food in one day as about 10 elephants, 25 camels, or 2500 people. Roughly the same as my partner eats."

      Philip's a bold one :)

      1. Hehe. Hopefully his partner doesn't read that or else he'll be sleeping on the couch. Posted 4 years ago
        1. That's where he sleeps half the week anyway.

He suffers from separation anxiety if he's away from the TV remote for too long. :-)
