Downlooker snipefly
When I saw this fly from a distance I initially thought 'just another crane fly' but he when I took a closer look I saw a more colorful tail then on a normal crane fly. I took a picture and now found the name and that it is far from a crane fly.
Dutch name: Snipvlieg/Snavelvlieg (Rhagio Scolopaceus)

''Rhagio scolopaceus'' is a species of flies from the family Rhagionidae. It is also known as the downlooker snipefly. It is the type species of the genus ''Rhagio''.
