
Dictyochrysa peterseni is a species of Green Lacewings (Neuroptera:Chrysopidae) known from South and Southeast Australia.

With the little I know about Aussie lacewings I'd say this should probably be a Dictyochrysa and if that is correct it must be Dictyochrysa peterseni. The problem being that I don't have a good understanding of some of the rarer Aussie lacewings, so I can't really rule those out altogether.
Interestingly ALA has a record (via iNaturalist) for D.peterseni from just south of Adelaide too:
