    1. Yes indeed, it's that chunky silhouette, combined with the large, straight bill. You'll notice it's the only member of its genus. Posted 4 years ago

The cinnamon-throated woodcreeper is a species of bird in the Dendrocolaptinae subfamily of the ovenbird family. It makes up the monotypic genus "Dendrexetastes". It is found in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Peru, Suriname, and Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical swamps.
