  1. I once saw a wild one at a reptile farm in Madagascar:

    Madagascar tree boa closeup Endemic to Madagascar, this one was found in a reptile zoo and I was able to get awfully close. Boa manditra,Madagascar,Malagasy tree boa,Pyreras Reserve,Sanzinia madagascariensis


    In case you wonder, yes, it really is wild. That reptile farm has a rotation scheme where specific species are kept in the farm for 6 weeks only. So they come from the wild, stay in the farm for 6 weeks, and then are returned to the wild.
