    Those chelicerae are phenomenal, they take up almost all of the face. Incredibly chunky seen this way, their relation to the rest of the area. What awesome photography and intriguing little specimen. Posted 4 years ago

''Macracantha'' is a species of orb-weaver spider in the ''Macracantha'' genus. They can grow up to 10mm in length and have a hard, flat body with three spines coming from the abdomen.
