  2. Note: "Spangled Drongo" is correct but it refers to 2 species:
    - Dicrurus bracteatus (Australia only)
    - Dicrurus hottentottus (Asia)

    Changed the ID to the Asian one.

      Also D. hottentotus does not have red eyes and D. bracteatus has, same as in my picture. See here D. hottentotus description for comparison:

      Based on this I still think this is S. bracteatus. Can you correct it back if you would agree? Thanks!

      1. I will change it back. You can discuss further with me if you still do not agree even though the links I send show clear distribution for D. bracteatus in Halmahera island including the area of Weda :-) Posted 4 years ago, modified 4 years ago

The Spangled Drongo is a bird of the family Dicruridae. The Spangled Drongo is the only Drongo to be found in Australia.
