  1. Looks like Holconia (formerly Isopeda) montana, going simply on markings in this image. I find these so confusing to identify at times! See the info here re very similar looking huntsman and difficulties identifying....http://www.findaspider.org.au/find/spiders/401.htm Posted 4 years ago

        I feel like having been to long on a merry go round and found that Holoconia montana is now Isopeda montana . Also according to ALA distribution map it is the most common in the area around Bairnsdale Victoria.
