Mantid - The Tenodera australasiae ?

''Tenodera australasiae'', the purple-winged mantis, is species of praying mantis. Found in Australia, it is common in most parts of Brisbane . Both males and females are capable of flight. The species has not been shown to be parthenogenetic.
