First hunch was genus Syneta - then I found I couldn't make the shape of the pronotum fit, mostly due to this one not having any tooth/apophysis laterally. So I had another look and it seems you have a family Orsodacnidae that I'm unfamiliar with. Looking at that I've found Orsodacne atra that could be a good fit by habitus, but I have not yet found a 100% match of other images with this colour pattern. But it seems to be a _hugely_ variable species ...so ??!?!
Then I look again at this image :
and imagine that I could recognize two small teeth in the center of margin of the pronotum ... if I try hard ...
Anyway, my 2 cents for general direction ...
