Phyllotreta vittula, the "Barley flea beetle" is a small (1.5-1.8mm) Leaf beetle (Chrysomelidae) in the subfamily Alticinae, all of which members are characterized by having powerful hind legs for jumping (hence often referred to as "Flea beetles").
