Colutea cilicica

Colutea cilicica is a much-branched shrub, up to 3 m tall. the leaves are pinnate. The flowers are yellow pea-shaped and produced in racemes from late spring to early summer. These are followed by the attractive inflated seed pods which change from pale green to almost transparent.
