I believe I can fly I was just photographing this scarab beetle while at the moment I pressed the shutter it decided to take off, giving me a real macro action shot. I feel lucky :)<br />

    1. Well, when the sun is shining and I have some spare time I like to go for a walk with my camera at hand.
      Last sunday I did that and I guess I got like six JD-quality pictures so I will post those along the way. Already posted are this one and the click beetle. To be posted soon are fighting ants, a digger wasp, a queen bee and a short-shielded beetle.

Aphodius pusillus is a Scarab beetle with a length of 3.5-4.7 mm. The body is black, the legs are red-brown.
