Taraxacum cyprium

Taraxacum cyprium is a perennial plant of the Asteraceae family. it has a thick dark root. The leaves are set in a rosette. the inflorescence is yellow, and composed of only ray florets. It starts to bloom in the late summer and keeps on until late winter - August through January.
