Pseudomyrmex gracilis - Graceful Twig Ant
Sorry not the best photo, very small subject in deep shade. It was crawling around a water bowl I have left out for the birds. This was identified by Bugguide

The elongated twig ant, or ''Pseudomyrmex gracilis'', is a large, slender species native to Mexico and arid parts of the US. The workers are about 7–12 millimeters in length and generally wasp-like in appearance and style of movement.
