  2. Awesome, Paul! Have you considered other toothed polypore species? In terms of morphology, this does not seem like Spongipellis pachyodon. Not only does it look quite fragile, but the teeth are shaped much differently than what I've seen in this species. I don't have time at the moment to look for a match, but these forums have some experts that could probably help you at least get to a genus level ID!

    1. Radulomyces copelandii is the closest one I can think of off of the top of my head, but I'm not at all sure. I'll take a second look later. Posted 4 years ago
    2. Hi Lisa, here in the Netherlands we have a website called 'Waarneming.nl' read Observation, when I uploaded this foto they gave me 100 % for the specimen Spongipellis pachyodon.
      maybe there different in your Country.
