        1. It's a Marvel comic originally, later turned in several movies, series, etc. The main character uses this logo:

          The story in a nutshell: guy has his family murdered and seeks revenge. Turns into an "enforcer" meaning he seeks out criminals and kills them, bypassing regular justice. So a controversial "hero".

          Same theme as Dirty Harry and Charles Bronson's Death Wish movies. Secretly we like them cleaning up dirt, yet we can't really say that out loud.

          Anyway, back on point, the tall skinny skull reminded me of it.
