Late Oysters - Sarcomyxa serotina These mushrooms had brownish, snarky green caps with yellow gills. The caps were about 2 cm wide, and they were somewhat cupcake-shaped. The gills were attached.<br />

Habitat: I found a bunch of these little babies on yellow birch (Betula alleghaniensis) logs in a deciduous forest.<br />
