Villosa Fig fruit ostiole openings
An epiphytic fig which climbs trees and fruit when reaching a certain height. Figs do not display observable flowers as the flowers uniquely grow inside the fruits hence they need fig wasps to enter the fruits through the ostiole opening to pollinate these inner flowers. Fruits can reach 1cm wide. Once ripen it will turn orange in colour.
