Orange bug, blue box

Per entomologist Merrill A. Peterson, this is the stink bug Banasa dimiata "but it’s a very unusual color pattern! My guess is that it’s a freshly-emerged adult that hasn’t yet hardened its exoskeleton, which is why the yellow areas aren’t green and why the orange areas aren’t brown."
