Sleeping Vanga This white vanga in Kirindi is sleeping in the thick bushes of Kirindi. Strangely, they seem to sleep at quite a low altitude. This is only the second time I've seen a sleeping bird in the wild, and again it amazed me how they wake up: in a stage of half-sleep, not flying away at all despite our presence.
