    Hey Ferdy, this is pure chance and not revenge I swear :-), but this was separated off from the Brown Lemur into two species in 2008: Red Lemur, E. rufus, distributed in dry lowland forests in northwestern Madagascar, and the Red-fronted Lemur, E. rufifrons in southwest and eastern Madagascar. Looking at the distribution mapy, I believe that this is the red lemur. So, I'll trade you a lemur for a chameleon ID - LOL. Posted 8 years ago, modified 8 years ago

The Southern red-fronted Brown Lemur

The red-fronted lemur, also known as the red-fronted brown lemur or southern red-fronted brown lemur, is a species of lemur from Madagascar. Until 2001, it was considered a subspecies of the common brown lemur, "E. fulvus".
