                By having multiple photos of this singular species, we get useful visual perspectives, differences between sexes, different behaviors (resting, feeding, mating), and it helps in future identifications. So that is why multiple photos of the same species is so valuable.

                That said, the moth situation is a bit peculiar, as you may often find it in the exact same position, multiple photos possibly looking like near-duplicates. For as long as we're not sharing hundreds of almost-same shots, I still encourage it.
