Amanita insinuans
ID Tentative. Seems to be the consensus on facebook, but I'm not sure.
According to Rod Tulloss on Amanitaceae.org:
"To date, this species is only known in association with Pecan (Carya illinoiensis from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. It is the first reported taxon from North America with a weakly structure (but fairly persistent) skirt on its stem. This character has been previously reported on a very few taxa from Africa. So this critter is a rare bird. Like all other known "ringed Ringless Amanitas," this species can be assigned to the provisional [series Penetratrices] stirps Strobilaceovolvata."
Found growing under chestnut oak at a disturbed forest edge.
