    1. I just saw this photo promoted to the homepage and liked it. Then when I opened it I was shocked to find I took the photo. Don't recall it at all. I'm very confused now, I'm normally brutal towards my own work but now got played. Posted 6 years ago
      1. Bahahaha! Too funny! Posted 6 years ago
        1. That's hilarious! Super cute pineapple though, and a nice shot! You'll get more and more forgetful as you near and pass 40...Just saying... Posted 6 years ago
          1. Luckily that's still faaaaaaaaar away! Posted 6 years ago
            1. Haha, yeah right!!! Posted 6 years ago
            2. :P I have a feeling that 40 is not too far away for someone in the room. *coughs* Posted 6 years ago
              1. Hehe, I'm guessing it's days to weeks away... Posted 6 years ago

                    1. In the wise words of Tori Amos:
                      "Can't stop what's coming
Can't stop what is on it's way"

I must admit that my attempts to embrace aging in such a vain society are not without difficulties.

                      1. I agree it's not easy. But, it has gotten much easier since I turned 40...I either don't care as much or maybe it's because I don't really have any gray hair yet, lol. Posted 6 years ago
                        1. I simply have no hair at all, I like simple solutions. Plus we know that a worn face adds character to men. I'm getting better and better, like a fine wine ;) Posted 6 years ago

"Ananas bracteatus" is a species of the pineapple. They are grown as ornamental plants for their decorative red fruit. They can be used as hedges for home security. In colder places they can be grown indoors as a houseplant. The leaves are long with sharp spines. It grows throughout Brazil at elevations of 140 to 320 metres.
