Hedya salicella is a moth of the family Tortricidae. It is found in Europe and introduced in North America. The wingspan is 19–24 mm. The moth flies from June to October. Primary colors are brown, gray, and black. Larvae feed in spun shoots and folded leaves of Salix (willow, sallow) and Populus (poplar, aspen, cottonwood) species.
