Without spiders and insects (the smaller majority), there wouldn't be us. Even if we can find a way to survive without them, it would be boring not to hear people screaming away from them.

Hi Ferdy. Yes this is still alive. It was still curled up scared when we released it. After we left only then it quickly ran off.

Yes, I requested for the manual creation of Velinus nigrigenu, but not for this photo. Haha. It is for identifying other spottings and also for my next spottings too on that species. I did not realize that the species manual request tool can be traced to the exact page I did it from.

Alright. Now we have 3,000 Lepidoptera species. Thanks Christine and Ferdy for the species manual creation help! https://www.jungledragon.com/wildlife/browse/animalia/arthropoda/insecta/lepidoptera
    6. Are you really incredibly close to it or just that your camera zoom is really good?

I would say almost impossible to get a species identification at this nymph stage. There are 4 species of Nisitrus crickets in Borneo. All of them look almost similar to each other. That's the problem with insect identification, you cannot really be sure until you have a specimen with you.
